On my own behalf, the behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, for and in consideration of participation and/or acceptance of membership in the Eastern Idaho Bros Club, Inc., with the understanding that I may be participating in rides/events that may be considered dangerous, I acknowledge that all participation is voluntary and that I am voluntarily assuming upon myself any and all risk arising from my participation in any Eastern Idaho Bros Club, Inc. ride/event. I hereby release and discharge any and all persons connected to or responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Eastern Idaho Bros Club, Inc. and any rides/events associated with the Eastern Idaho Bros Club, Inc.

The Eastern Idaho Bros Club, Inc. and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, accidents and/or property damage to myself, any minor child for which I am the legal guardian, any minor child under my supervision and/or my personal property which may occur as a result of my participation in any ride/event.
